PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recycle general domestic drainage at low costs by installing a diffuser pipe for ejecting bubbles for preventing the precipitates from the drainage in a drainage storage tank for storing the recovered drainage temporarily. SOLUTION: Air is ejected from a drainage storage tank aeration pipe 24 into miscellaneous drainage to be stored temporarily in a drainage storing tank 21 through a miscellaneous drainage introduction pipe 50, and precipitate is suspended without being accumulated in the bottom part. The drainage in which the precipitate is suspended in sucked from drainage suction piping 51 and sent to a purification part 30 to be treated. Suspended substances are caught in the part 30, and purified treated water is supplied from a treated water discharge pipe 54 to a treated water storage tank 22. Moreover, air is ejected from a treated water storage aeration pipe 23 to prevent the accumulation of precipitate in the bottom part. After that, the treated water in which precipitate is suspended in sent from treated water suction piping 52 to the purification part 30, and the precipitate is caught in the part 30 similarly to the miscellaneous drainage.
