PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vine-drawing machine capable of evenly wearing away the cutting part of a rotary-type blade, and capable of being used for a long term and therefore being economical by providing with a specific rotating blade and a fixed blade. SOLUTION: When a vine-drawing machine is provided with a drawing unit 7 for nipping and drawing out vines growing thick on the ground and vine- cutting devices 5 are installed on both right and left ends of the drawing unit 7, the vine-cutting devices 5 each has a rotary-type blade 44 driven so as to rotate backward around a horizontal axis and a fixed blade 45 for cutting vines in cooperation with the blade 44. It is pref. that the blade 44 contacts with vines in the lower position than the cutting one and that the cutting position in the blade 45 is changeable.
