PURPOSE: A method for performing an SSC(System Speed Call) service using an attendant console is provided to make an exchange perform a dialing with only a contracted number, without dialing a number preregistered in an optional centrix group registered with the attendant console, by using a preset key during the operation. CONSTITUTION: A switching system makes an SSC(System Speed Call) service an active state according to subscribers of a centrix group. The switching system inputs a preset key to make a subscriber number of a corresponding extension subscriber displayed on a display of an attendant console. The extension subscriber is registered in the SSC service. The switching system inputs a registered number of a targeted SSC extension subscriber and an execution key, and requests a call connection between the SSC extension subscriber and the SSC service-registered subscriber. The switching system decides whether the displayed subscriber number corresponding to an SSC is normal. If so, and if an optional receiving subscriber inputted with the SSC responds, the switching system makes a busy state between the optional receiving subscriber and an operator of the attendant console.
