PURPOSE: A cell driver of a field emission display is provided to uniformly emit an electron from a cathode by complementing a non-uniformity of a tip and a nonlinear change of a current-voltage characteristic curve. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of power PMOS transistors(MP1,MP2,MP3) are connected to a node(P4) with a predetermined channel width. A plurality of NMOS transistors(MN1,MN2,MN3) determine opening/closing of the power PMOS transistors(MP1,MP2,MP3). Inverters(IV1,IV2) determine a current ratio according to a voltage stabilization and a voltage change according to a switching state of the NMOS transistor(MN1). NMOS transistors(N2,N3) is turned on/off according to output signals of the inverters(IV1,IV2) and form a current pass through NMOS transistors(MN2,MN3). A power NMOS transistor(N1) prevent a floating of a cathode according to an input of a clear signal.
