PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to surely transmit advertisement information to a user by providing the inside of an advertisement information receiver with an automatic receiving means for receiving advertisement information by automatically accessing an advertisement information receiver within a preset time. SOLUTION: A communication program 5 which is the automatic receiving means is installed to a personal computer. The communication program 5 comprises a connection program 51 for connection to a communication net, a main program 52 common to all servers and data 53 varying with each of the respective servers. When this communication program 5 is installed in the personal computer, a character is displayed. Simultaneously, the personal computer automatically accesses the main server and the main server issues intrinsic IDs to each of the respective personal computers. The communication program 5 automatically accesses the servers at every prescribed time set in the data 53 and downloads the latest data from this sever to update the existing data 53.
