摘要 |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage generator capable of considering various parameters for changing a reference voltage such as a temperature and surely outputting a target reference voltage without erroneously disconnecting a fuse. SOLUTION: This reference voltage generator is connected between a power supply voltage and a ground voltage and turns the reference voltage to be outputted to the target reference voltage by plural current passage control signals. Between a first node (Vcc) connected to the power supply voltage and a second node (Vss) connected to the ground voltage, plural resistors R11-R14 and NMOS transistors MN11-MN13 functioning as the resistors are serially connected. A PMOS transistor MP11 compensates the temperature change of the threshold voltage of the NMOS transistors MN. A shut-off circuit is parallelly connected to the respective resistors R and the respective NMOS transistor MN and performs shut-off corresponding to the current passage control signals.
