PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain smooth vaporization action for increasing an outside air endothermic ratio without providing a heat source separately. SOLUTION: In this bulk vessel 1 for housing liquefied gas and vaporizing the liquid phase part of which to supply the said part outside as a gas phase, a pipe 21 vertically tilted and attached with fins 20 is communicably provided on the bottom surface of the vessel 1. By the existence of the fins 20, an endothermic area for vaporizing the liquid part can be expanded, and bubbles generated in the pipe 21 is not retained due to the tilt of the pipe 21 to cause no hindrance to endothermism.
