摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a color display liquid crystal device through a simple process in a good yield by suppressing the sticking of ink to other than a pixel electrode and by utilizing the difference in affinity for the ink between the pixel electrode and an exposed member outside the pixel electrode. SOLUTION: An TFT 9 comprising a gate electrode 2, a gate insulating film 3, an i-type amorphous silicon layer 4, an ohmic contact layer 6, a source electrode 7 and a drain electrode 8 is formed on a 1st glass substrate. Then, a pixel electrode 14 is connected to the drain electrode 8 by way of a passivation film 10 and a light shielding layer 11. A color filter 13 is also formed on the pixel electrode 14. In such a method for producing a liquid crystal device, the color filter 13 is formed by using ink lower in affinity for a member exposed outside the pixel electrode 14 than the electrode 14, imparting the ink on the electrode 14 and hardening it.</p>
