PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise the degree of layout freedom and facilitate sorting products by the types of vehicles or shipment destination countries. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus for vehicles comprises a centralized control unit 20 having a radio tuner function, a CD control unit 30 having audio functions such as different types of CD decks, etc., from the radio tuner function, and a designed panel 10 which covers the CD control unit 30 at the car room inside and has operating parts and displays for the centralized control unit 20 and the CD control unit 30. Other audio units 40 having audio functions such as different type cassette deck, MD deck, etc., from those of the CD control unit 30 can be mounted on the back side of the designed panel 10. The centralized control unit 20 has a CPU 21 for processing signals in an integrated manner between an operating switch 11, the display 12, the CD control unit 30 and other audio units 40, and an AM/FR radio tuner 22 contg. amplifiers.
