PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically start data in a data base only with data access. SOLUTION: The data base managing system is provided with a data access part 134 receiving an access request containing ID of data being a processing object from a user program 124 to a data base 130, a hooking processing information storage part 111 making ID of data being the processing object correspond to ID of a processing executed on data and storing them, and a hooking processing managing part 112 retrieving the hooking processing information storage part 111 based on ID of data contained in the access request received by the data access part 134, processing data which are access-requested by a corresponding processing content and reading them a buffer area 132.
