PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a control power supply required for communication or the like with a body side at optional equipment without requiring any software processing when a power supply system for feeding power to the optional equipment side fails. SOLUTION: The low voltage of each output system of a drive system power supply system is detected, it is verified whether the low voltage has been detected or not, power is fed from an output system of 24 V of the normal drive system power supply system of a power supply part 103 when no low voltage has been detected, the output of the drive system power supply system is broken when the low voltage has been detected, and at the same time power is fed from an output system of 10 V of the control system power supply system of the power supply part 103.
