<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge recovery method and device capable of reducing the payment of a commission to a charge reception agent company even in the case that the number of transaction accounts per shop is small, reducing the work of data preparation in the respective shops and preventing the increase of an investment cost. SOLUTION: Dedicated terminals (POS/dedicated terminals) installed in the respective shops 10-1-10-N for selling merchandise or providing a service to a customer 20 are connected through a network to a charge reception center 50 for managing the sales data for the respective customers of the respective shops. In the charge housing center 50, the sales data for the respective customers are re-edited to a withdrawal money amount for the respective customers and transmitted to the charge reception agent company 30 and a charge recovered altogether is distributed and paid to the accounts 42-1-42-N of the respective shops of a financial institution 40 from the charge reception agent company 30.</p> |
