<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time synchronization system which actively notifies TCS fault information to a system manager and a maintenance person at a remote place. SOLUTION: This system has a time synchronizing device 1 which supplies system unified time being the reference of the entire system time and plural computer systems 10 which receive the supply of the system unified time and make the time of a self-computer system coincide with it. The computer systems 10 are respectively provided with an operating system performing maintenance management of hardware constituting the computer system, and further provided with a diagnostic controller 2 which monitors the system unified time, suppresses the supply of the system unified time to a CPU in the self-computer system when abnormality is recognized in the supplied system unified time and also reports to the operating system to the effect that fault takes place in the time synchronizing device 1.</p> |
