PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fastening work and parts management necessary to the fastening. SOLUTION: A bolt 11 has a head part 12, a shaft part 14 around which a male tread 13 is cut, a washer part 15 integrally formed between the head part 12 and the shaft part 14, a spacer 16 disposed to the shaft part 14 side of the washer part 15 and a rubber ring 17 disposed to a shaft part 14 side of the washer part 15, respectively in one. The rubber ring 17 is formed with a taper part in an inner circumference edge part of its end part opposite to the washer part 15, while the taper part is inclined such that the taper part approaches the washer part 15 as it goes inward in a radial direction.
