PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for taking out an artificially cultured mushrooms, constituted so as to mechanically and automatically take out artificially cultured mushroom from a vessel, divide the mushroom from a vessel and carry out the mushroom. SOLUTION: This apparatus for taking out artificially cultured mushrooms is equipped with a container carrying-in conveyer 1 for carrying a receiving dish-like container 3 in which a mushroom-culturing vessel 2 is housed, a vessel- carrying means 4 for holding and taking out the mushroom-culturing vessel 2 from the container 3 and carrying the vessel in a mushroom-pulling out operating position P1, a mushroom pulling out means 5 for pulling out the mushroom 6 from the vessel 2 carried in the mushroom-pulling out operation position P1, a mushroom carrying out conveyer 7 for carrying out the pulled out mushroom 6, a mushroom-carrying out means 8 for transferring the mushroom 6 pulled out on the mushroom-carrying out conveyer 7, a conveyer 9 for carrying out container and a vessel-carrying out means 10 for carrying out the vessel 2 from which mushroom is pulled out from the mushroom-pulling out operation position P1 and housing the vessel into empty container 3 on the container carrying out conveyer 9.
