COOLING STRUCTURE OF MULTICYLINDER ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally form a water jacket with a cylinder head therein, which facilitates piping thereof and has excellent cooling efficiency. SOLUTION: A water jacket 14b is formed in a cylinder head 3 of a parallel four-cylinder engine therein. A partition 50 is integrally formed with the water jacket 14b therein and extends in a direction of arrangement of each cylinder. The partition 50 separates a water outlet side passage 48 from a water jacket body. A cooling water outlet 22 is provided in the medial portion of the water outlet side passage 48 in the longitudinal direction thereof. A thermocase 20 is directly mounted to the cooling water outlet 22. An inlet 46 of cooling water led from a cylinder side is provided on the side opposite to the cooling water outlet 22, and an outlet 47 to the water jacket body is provided near the partition 50 which faces the cooling water outlet 22.
