<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent danger of slip in ascending/descending stairs using a belt. SOLUTION: Plural devices each comprising a side plate 3 having a roller and a ratchet 5 and installed on a part of teeth of a toothed belt 1 by a pin, a grounding part 8 connected to a lower part of a support frame 7 slidable between the roller and the ratchet 5 and provided with a rack part and a stopper pin 6 to be engaged with the ratchet 5 only when the grounding part is pushed to a step surface of the stairs, and a glazing putty 9 to pull the stopper pin 6 and the grounding part 8 to each other are installed on the whole surface.</p> |
