PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability of inspection work and reduce a work period by transmitting information related to each inspection portion of a rocket by radio transmission to a monitoring facility provided on the ground. SOLUTION: Various sensors and many avionics apparatuses 3 which are installed in a rocket is connected with a computer 11 for inspection and monitoring via data transmission cables 4, a radio communicating transceiver 12 is connected with the computer 11, and a transceiver 21 and a large-sized computer 22 are installed in a launch control car. Automatic sequence control for monitoring that each maintenance work is progressed as expected in parallel with an operation work and automatic checkout for each avionics apparatus 3 are performed. The automatic sequence control function is judged abnormal when a certain work does not finish within an expected period, the automatic checkout function is judged abnormal when any avionics apparatus 3 measures a figures exceeding a tolerance, and the contents are transmitted to the large- sized computer 22 on the ground.
