发明名称 MULTILAYER LAMINATED BOARD MADE OF SYNTHETIC RESIN
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated board having excellent adhesion property by subjecting a hardened film formed on a synthetic resin plate to plasma treatment in an inorg. gas atmosphere having an oxidizing effect to produce polar groups and to activate the board and then forming a metal oxide film by vacuum vapor deposition on the hardened film. SOLUTION: A coating material compsn. comprised of an acrylic resin or the like which can be cured with UV rays is applied on at least one surface of a transparent synthetic resin plate made of a methacrylic resin or the like having specified thickness, and cured by irradiation of UV rays to form a hardened film of specified thickness. Then the surface of the hardened film is exposed to continuous glow discharge produced by applying high voltage in an inorg. gas atmosphere having an oxidizing effect such as oxygen gas at low pressure so as to subject the surface of the hardened film to plasma treatment with produced activated particles such as electrons to activate the surface. Then a metal oxide film is vapor deposited to specified thickness by vacuum vapor deposition on the activated surface of the hardened film.
