PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminescent spray-coating material to be sprayed on the surface of an interior or exterior material and emitting light when the circumference of the coated material is turned from light state to dark state. SOLUTION: The objective material is produced by mixing a long-afterglow light-accumulating material, artificial or natural sand and an acrylic resin emulsion or mixing a long-afterglow light-accumulating material, the above sand, an acrylic resin emulsion, a particular phosphorescent material having color and a fluorescent material or mixing a long-afterglow light-accumulating material, sand, an acrylic resin emulsion, a coloring material, a particular phosphorescent material and a fluorescent material.
