摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a wide permissible range welding condition and a good welding result in spite of one-dimensional driving system by feeding an energy beam along a weld line while crossing the weld line and linearly reciprocating, and synchronizing an angle for the weld line to a frequency of reciprocating vibration and switching (α) vs. (specified angle-(α)). SOLUTION: An spot 20 of an energy beam is linearly reciprocated with crossing a weld line 9, an angle for the weld line 9 is switched (α) vs. (180 deg.-α). The boiling point of a plated layer of a steel plate to be welded is preferably higher than the boiling point of a base material. A feed speed of vibration V mm/min of the energy beam is set to 1500-4500, a frequency (f) to to 20-160, preferably satisfying V/(f×60)<=d+a (cosα). Here (a) is a vibration amplitude, (d) is a beam diameter. Angle switching of reciprocating vibration is preferably undertaken at the moment of the energy beam is at a max amplitude position.</p>
