PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively producible shield fitting tool having a simple structure, excellent flexibility, capable of being readily assembled and changed in members. SOLUTION: In this shield fitting tool for fixing a radiation shield 23 to a lifter shaft 21, a clamp block 11 is attached to the end part of the lifter shaft 21, a clamp member 12 is detachably clamped to the clamp black 11 to keep the clamp block 11 and the lifter shaft 21 in a fixed relation. A rod 13 is fitted to the clamp block 11 and the rod 13 is equipped with a wire 14 for supporting the radiation shield 23.
