PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the job of pouring a liquid from one to the other and prevent the liquid from spilling out even if a storage case falls over, by providing a fastening part for fixing the cut area of a liquid refill pack, and a discharging opening. SOLUTION: The cut area 12 of a refill pack 10 is cut and it is put into a lower case 19. The cut area 12 is placed on a groove and a lid 20 is placed over. Then, by fixing the lid 20 on the lower case 19 with fixing devices 23 and 24, the cut area 12 is pinched by the groove and can be fixed. Because the cut area 12 is fixed on a storage case 18, even if the refill pack 10 is moved in the storage case 18, the cut area is prevented from slipping off the groove serving as a discharging opening for a liquid 1. Then, the cut area 12 is passed through a pipe 25. And in the case a clip 26 is provided, the cut area 12 is pressed with the clip 26 from above the cut area 12 formed in a pipe. By fixing the clip 26 to the lower case 19, loss of the clip 26 can be prevented. By inclining a storage case 18, the liquid 1 can be discharged from the groove serving as the discharging opening or a nozzle 4. |
