The present invention is directed to isolated nucleic acid molecules encodin g pancreatic T-type calcium channels and vectors and host cells comprising suc h. The invention is further directed to methods and compositions which modulate the expression of pancreatic T-type calcium channels, including antisense. A n isolated pancreatic T-type calcium channel protein is provided, as well as antibodies directed to such protein. Pharmaceutical compositions and methods of treatment involving pancreatic T-type calcium channels are also provided.
