MONITOR SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a monitor system by which image information with high image quality regardless of a small information amount by extracting and compressing only a changed part of image information of a monitoring object part. SOLUTION: The monitor system conducts remote monitor by transmitting an image of a monitored object as a difference image signal compressed by the JPEG system from a transmitter side system 10 to a receiver side system 30. The transmitter side system 10 especially thins pixels of an image of the monitored object photographed by a photographing means to detect an image area where it is possible that a large change takes place at a high speed. All pixels are checked with respect to the image area and in the case that a larger change takes place actually, the difference is respectively calculated and a difference signal is transmitted to the receiver side system.
