PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve amenity in sitting in a simple structure by forming a recessed part in the seating surface of a toilet stool, and incorporating a sheet- like heater in the recessed part. SOLUTION: This toilet stool seat 21 is formed like an ellipse having the substantially same size as that of the outline of the upper surface of a toilet stool 20, it has a hole 28 at the center, and plural legs 29 are integrally suspended from the lower surface side. An annular recessed part 30 surrounding the hole 28 is formed on the surface of the toilet stool seat 21, and a sheet-like heater 31 is removably incorporated in the recessed part 30. As the heater 31, a very thin face heating unit formed by sealing a heating unit 33 between two thin plates 32 made of glass epoxy resin through an insulator 34 such as a carbon fiber or the like is used, and the surface and back sides of the heater are covered with a cloth or a non-woven fabric cloth cover 35. The cover 35 is removably installed on the face heating unit to be removed when it is washed. The thickness of the heater 31 is about several millimeters, and it is set substantially equal to the depth of the recessed part 30.
