PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorine ice manufacturing device to easily and continuously manufacture chlorine ice uniformly containing high concentration chlorine favorably suitable for sterilization, decoloration, and deodorization for preservation and transportation of vegertables and fruits and fresh fishes. SOLUTION: A plurality of mixers to feed chlorine are intercoupled in series, water 23 and chlorine 22 fed to a first mixer A are mixed together to absorb the chlorine in the water to prepare chlorine water, which is transferred to a subsequent mixer B. The chlorine water and chlorine 22 fed to the mixer B are further mixed together to prepare chlorine water containing higher concentration chlorine. Through an orderly repeat of the processes described above, chlorine water containing uniform and high concentration chlorine is prepared in a last mixer, and the chlorine water is cooled by an ice cooling machine 25 to prepare chlorine water 26a.
