PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit for wall body construction capable of improving holding power of a concrete block and a flexible sheet body in the case of using the concrete block and improving workability at the time of manufacture. SOLUTION: A plural number of concrete blocks 6 are arranged on one surface side of a wire gauze 5, each of the concrete blocks 6 is hardened in a state of wrapping around the neighbourhood of the wire gauze 5 where each of the concrete blocks 6 is positioned, and accordingly, the wire gauze 5 is a state of entering the inside of each of the concrete blocks 6. Thereafter, it is devised so that an unhardened concrete block can be in a state of wrapping around the neighbourhood of the wire gauze 5 where the unhardened concrete block is positioned by its flow by using the unhardened concrete block and gravity in a manufacturing stage.
