PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a die by reducing distortion of the die due to stress and moreover to reduce the cost of the die. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an upper die 26 and a lower die 28 which form a cavity 24, a first to third inserting members 13, 15, 17 which externally fit the upper die 26 and the lower die 28 and which are divided in the axial direction and formed and a force-fitting ring 20 which externally fits the first to third inserting members 13, 15, 17. The hardness of the second inserting member 15 corresponding to a section where stress is concentrated on is set larger than the hardness of the first and third inserting members 13, 17.
