PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a short circuit and electric discontinuity accident caused by sticking of an insect and water entering the inside of a utensil to the charging part. SOLUTION: The control circuit part and the operation part are respectively housed in separate box bodies 8, 9, a connecting terminal block 17 and the connector connecting part 14 are arranged on the side surface of the box body 8 hosing the control circuit part, a heating coil 7, the operation part 10 and a cooling fan 15 are connected through the terminal block and the connector connecting part, only the crest-shaped fin part of a cooling heat radiating plate 20 for cooling an electronic part is contacted with outside air, and the control circuit is housed in a sealed box body. The operation part 10 connected by a cable 13 to the control circuit part is housed in the sealed box body 9 of a structure by covering the operation switch surface with a panel sheet 11, and a cable outlet of the box body 9 housing the operation circuit part is formed as a sealed structure by packing or a bushing to prevent an insect and water from entering the control circuit part and the operation circuit part. |
