PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed multicolor light emitting EL lamp of the uniform sheet-like light emitting type without uneven luminance. SOLUTION: A distributed multicolor light emitting EL lamp is provided with mutually meshing two fine line comb-teeth-shaped light transmissive electrode layers 22 opposed to a back plate layer 25 by sandwiching an emitter layer 23 formed on the whole surface out of an emitter of one color and a stripe-shaped light emitting color converting layer 27 in a position corresponding to one of these, and respectively independent AC voltages are applied between the back plate layer 25 and the two light transmissive layers 22 to obtain plural light emitting colors to thereby realize an inexpensive distributed multicolor light emitting EL lamp being inconspicuous in the stripe-shaped emitting light, of the uniform sheet-like light emitting type without uneven luminance and capable providing plural light emitting colors.
