PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclination type butterfly valve to simply replace a seal part being serious in corrosion and wear from the end part of a valve body. SOLUTION: A valve stem 4 and a valve element 3 are formed into one body inseparably, the part, from an upper mounting hole 5, of a flow passage 2, formed into a cantilever structure, and rotatably mounted. A seal part comprises the valve element 3 and the valve seat link 6. Besides, the valve seat ring 6 is formed in a manner to be mounted and removed through the outlet end surface 7 of a valve body 1 and this constitution enables replacement of the seal part.
