PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the child lock function to work certainly and perform the power-on operation, etc., easily according to necessity. SOLUTION: A child lock device comprises a child lock switch 6 to change over operating switches 2-6 between the locking mode and unlocking mode, a mode holding part 11 to put in memory the mode of the child lock switch 6, a power supply condition memory part 12 to store in memory the on-off condition of power switches 2 and 3 when the child lock switch 6 is turned into the locking mode, and a power switch control part 9 which enables the power switch 3 to be put off even when the child lock switch 6 is in the locking mode and enables the power switch 2 to be put on as long as the memory of the part 12 is in on condition even when the memory of the mode holding part 11 is in the locking mode.
