PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite double coated tape capable of imparting a function to easily re-peel or re-attach from or to a tape adherend by laminating a re-peeling and re-attachment type pressure sensitive adhesive layer and a strong adhesion type pressure sensitive adhesive layer on the surface of peeling paper. SOLUTION: A re-peeling and re-attachment type pressure sensitive adhesive layer and a strong adhesion type pressure sensitive adhesive layer are formed by feeding peeling paper 2 having a peeling agent layer on an inside and an outside to a coator C drawing it from a delivery machine UW, coating a re- peeling and re-attachment type pressure sensitive adhesive 3' on a side of a web of the peeling paper 2 and on the other side thereof, a strong adhesive type pressure sensitive adhesive 4', and thereafter, introducing the resulting product to a warm air heating type dryer D and anchoring the pressure sensitive adhesive 3' and 4' at the same time. Then, the web of the peeling paper 2 is taken up on a wind-up device RW in a state of roll and the re-peeling and re-attachment type adhesive layer and the strong adhesive type adhesive layer are laminated, whereby a composite double coated tape being effectively formed with a few steps.
