DISPERSION IMPROVER FOR FLUORORESIN POWDER AND ORGANIC RESIN COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dispersion improver capable of homogeneously dispersing fluororesin powder in an organic resin, and to obtain an organic resin composition capable of giving uniform and transparent films containing such dispersion improver and excellent in surface lubricity. SOLUTION: This dispersion improver for fluororesin powder is a polydiorganosiloxane having on its side chain (A) organic group(s) selected from the group consisting of polyoxyalkylene chain-contg. organic groups, >=12C alkyl groups, polydialkylsiloxane chain-contg. organic groups and organic groups of the general formula: Q1-Si(R5)2-Q2 (R5 is a 1-10C (non)substituted univalent hydrocarbon group; Q1 is a 1-10C alkylene group; Q2 is a terminal-blocked polystyrene or polymethylstyrene chain >=3 in polymerization degree) and also on its side chain or molecular chain terminal (B) organic group(s) of the general formula: F(CF2)a-R1 (R1 is an alkylene or alkyleneoxyalkylene; (a) is an integer of >=3).
