PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce warpage of a back glass substrate, increase rigidity thereof, and improve radiation efficiency of a back glass substrate. SOLUTION: An aluminum plate 10 is adhered to a reverse face of a back glass substrate 2b, by means of an adhesive double coated tape 8 having heat conductive property. A radiation fin 12 is fixed on the reverse face of the aluminum plate 10. A hood 13 is attached on the reverse face of the aluminum plate 10. A suction port 16 and a plurality of exhaust ports 14 are disposed on the hood 13. A substrate 17 is attached to the reverse face of the hood 13. An IC substrate 20 is attached to the reverse face of the substrate 17. Fans 19 are disposed on the reverse face of the substrate 17. A plurality of first ribs 3 are formed on the reverse face of the back glass substrate 2b, so that a part of heat generated by driving a plasma display panel is radiated to the outside of the plasma display panel through radiative effect of the back glass substrate 2b itself.
