SUBSTANCE: sublimation-drying fruit juice is mixed under elevated pressure with glucose, potassium chloride, potassium ferrocyanide, pectin, and CO2-extract of biomass of Mortierella exigua microorganisms in the form of carbon dioxide solution. Pressure is then reduced to atmospheric value to remove carbon dioxide from product. EFFECT: prolonged adaptive effect. |
