Method involves immobilization of suspension culture on polyurethane foam small blocks followed by small blocks washing out from freely suspended cells in hormone-free medium for 24 h. The growth and producing nutrient media have additionally: growth nutrient medium has 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid in the amount 0.1-1 mg/l and producing nutrient medium has 6-benzylaminopurine in the amount 0.5-1 mg/l.
