摘要 PURPOSE: An egg bread containing an egg being made simply by a simple manufacturing structure is provided to supply a good nutrition. CONSTITUTION: An egg bread is composed of:a dough being formed by mixing a half of an egg, 39 grams of flour, 8 grams of sugar, 1.6 grams of powder, 1.9 grams of SP, 2.8 grams of molasses, 1.3 grams of margarine, 11 liters of milk, 1.9 grams of salt, 0.6 gram of soda, 0.6 gram of vanilla flavor, 0.6 gram of edible oil, 0.6 gram of cinnamon, and 2.8 grams of condensed milk in order; and an egg being put in the center of the dough. The egg bread is manufactured by:a process for naturally aging the dough; a process for putting the dough in a shaping groove of a bread shaping mold and placing an egg in the center for adding the dough; a process for covering the dough; and a process for grilling.
