PURPOSE: An elastic play ball is provided to contain an elastic force and a safety and to have a durability for being used for a long time. CONSTITUTION: An elastic play ball(10) comprises:a spiral shaped groove(20) on the surface of the play ball for being symmetrical from the upper end unit(14) to the lower end unit(16); being formed by a spherical shaped body(12) containing an integrally formed supporting beam(22) of a band piece shape along the inner vertical surrounding surface and the inner horizontal surrounding surface; being manufactured by an elastic material such as a polyethylene, a polyurethane, or a latex foam for being light weighted; and being manufactured for having 210 millimeters for the outer diameter, 152 millimeters for the inner diameter, 32 millimeters for the thickness, and 6 millimeters for the width of the spiral shaped groove. Therefore, the play ball can be used in a small place by using an elastic force and does not injure a person even if hitting repeatedly according to the elastic force.
