PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a battery charger for a detachable battery which can be improved in portability without increasing its size and the number of parts. SOLUTION: A battery charger 200 for a detachable battery is provided with a battery charger case 201 on which a battery connecting recessed section 200a to which a battery is connected in such a way that the battery is directly inserted into the section 200a without using any connector at the time of charging the battery is formed. The recessed section 200 is positioned on the left side of the case 201 in a deviated state and, at the same time, an opening 200c is formed through the deviated-side part of the bottom wall of the section 200a so that the deviated-side part of the peripheral side wall of the recessed section 200a may be used as a handle 200d when the battery charger is transported. |
