PURPOSE: A soil disinfection method using mixed aerobic microorganisms with fermentation heat is provided, which is characterized in that the mixed aerobic microorganisms are composed of pseudomonas sp.(cryophiles), bacillus sp.(mesophile) and streptomyces sp.(themophiles). According to fermentation temperatures, the microorganisms are classified such as follows: cryophiles of 12-25°C, mesophiles of 25-40°C and themophiles of 40-75°C. The disinfection agents sterilize harmful bacteria by using fermentation heat and simultaneously make incomplete organisms composting. CONSTITUTION: In a soil disinfection method using mixed aerobic microorganisms with fermentation heat, the mixed aerobic microorganisms are composed of cryophiles(pseudomonas sp.) of 12-25°C, mesophiles(bacillus sp.) of 25-40°C and themophiles(streptomyces sp.) of 40-75°C, respectively 1:1:1. Moreover, the former cryophiles contain cellulomonas, tricoderma and rhizopus and the themophiles contain thermoactimyces valgaris and thermicrobacterium resume. After sprinkling incomplete organisms to soil, the process is the follows: mixing the soil at 25-30cm of the outer layer; spaying nitrogen compounds with 0.2-0.3 of weight ratio such as urea, ammonium nitrate, sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate and ammonium sulphate; spraying the mixed aerobic microorganisms with 0.02-0.04 of weight ratio; fermenting firstly by maintaining aerobic condition for 7-8 days and fermenting secondly after resupplying evaporated moisture.
