PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain heat resistance, moisture resistance and high reliability of electric connection by providing a first metalikon layer having composition of specific material of an external electrode on the end face of an element and forming a second metalikon layer thereon. SOLUTION: A thin metal film is formed by depositing zinc 2 or aluminum metal on a plastic film 1 and a metallized plastic film having the thin metal film as an inner electrode 12 is wound for a plurality of turns while shifting from each other and then it is inserted with a sealing film 3 thus forming an element 4. Subsequently, first metallikon layers 7, 8 are formed on the end faces 5, 6 of the element 4 by electric spraying method followed by formation of second metalikon layers 9, 10 by electric spraying method. The first metallikon layers 7, 8 are composed of a material containing 80% or more of Sn, 4-6% of Cu, 2-4% of Sb and 3% or more of Si.
