PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cleaning, rust-proofing and dirt removing effect significantly by employing elliptical balls for polishing, grinding and cleaning and generating irregular movement during circulation thereby increasing chance of the balls to collide against the wall face of piping or a tank. SOLUTION: A main material 1 for polishing, grinding and cleaning having elliptical shape is employed in order to generate an intricate movement in piping. The elliptical main material 1 is mixed with a considerable quantity of gas and an abrasive material so that the specific gravity can be regulated as polishing proceeds. A polishing brush is formed on the surface of the elliptical main material 1 and a mulberry-like granular shape is formed on the surface of the elliptical main material 1 in order to perform polishing and grinding effectively. Furthermore, a considerable quantity of bubbles are provided in spherical or elliptical main material 1 and a sponge is arranged on the outside. A sponge is also arranged on the outside of an expanding/contracting rubber ball-like sphere in order to facilitate regulation of specific gravity.
