Then, an ejection member 6 is moved to the cavity side, and the substrate 4 is released from a movable gate seal member 24, and the substrate 4 released from the mold is carried out. At this time, when the length of the base of the notch 22a is made nearly 10 μm, a tip of a notch engagement part 4a is engaged with the notch 22a until just before the releasing.
