PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount and replace a surface mounting IC readily on a printed board. SOLUTION: This structure is constituted by the following parts. The positioning sheet comprising the insulating material has the hollowed part, which is formed with the arranging-terminal widths (a), (b), (c) and (d) of an IC 31 mounted on a connecting circuit 34 of a printed board 32 at the inner surrounding part as the reference. a terminal pushing frame body 38 comprises elastic insulating material for pushing from the upper side of each terminal 32 under the state wherein each terminal 32 of an IC 31 is mounted on the connecting circuit 34. A surface fixing member 40 having insulating property pushes the terminal pushing frame body from the upper surface of the terminal pushing frame body. A back-surface fixing member 43 is arranged at the back surface of a printed board. A pole-shaped positioning member 44 arranges the back-surface fixing member, the printed board, the positioning sheet, the terminal pushing frame body and the surface fixing member in the specified position relationship. A tightening means tighten both surfaces under the state, wherein the surface fixing member and the back-surface fixing member are present through the positioning member.
