PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure detector having a through capacitor in which the reliability of electrical connection can be enhanced while simplifying the manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A lower case (case body) 3 is provided with a pressure introduction port 2 and contains a semiconductor chip 5. A circuit board 6 is connected electrically with the semiconductor chip 5 and arranged in the lower case 3. A capacitor holder 9 arranged on the circuit board 6 is provided with a part 9b for holding a through capacitor 8 absorbing external noise substantially in the horizontal direction with respect to the circuit board 6.
