PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide with a simple configuration display accessory for a portable telephone set by which the use can freely select a display environment regardless. SOLUTION: A display accessory 10 is removably placed near a display section, that displays a state and operation contents of the portable telephone set and consists of a lens 101, such as a convex lens for magnifying displays, a support 102 that fixes the lens 101, and a mount section that is provided to the support 102 and engages with the vicinity of the display section for fixing the support 102 in the vicinity of the display section. The mount section is realized as projecting claws 103, that are respectively placed to ends of a couple of sidewalls of the support 102, and each claw 103 is fitted to a recessed part placed respectively at a prescribed number of parts on the side faces opposite to each other in a direction perpendicular to the display section of the telephone set main body in the vicinity of the display section.
