PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device for asphalt extraction testing machine, which is used to remove fine particulate smoke dust in a combustion gas generated from an asphalt extraction testing machine. SOLUTION: Filter bags 9 which have opening ends 10 at their lower ends are suspended inside the filter body 8. A partition plate 21 which supports the filter bags 9 and which partitions the body 8 into an upper chamber 22 and a lower chamber 23 is attached inside the body 8. The filter bags 9 are arranged in the upper chamber 22 at the body 8. A discharge port 25 is provided. The opening ends 10 at the filter bags 9 are arranged in the lower chamber 23 at the body 8. A connecting port 6 which is used to connect an evacuation conduit 2 at an asphalt extraction testing machine is formed.
