摘要 A biscuit-mix (2.3) contains wheat-flour, sugar, emulsifier, milk powder and a raising agent. The biscuit-mix is combined and beaten with dried egg white, egg-yolk (2.1, 2.2) and water to create the mixture. Mixture (2.3) also incorporates one quarter mashed potato (2.4) and edible oil (2.5) e.g. sunflower oil. The ratio of egg white/yolk is 1:4. Spices and aromatic agents are added as required. An Independent claim is also included for an assembly to slice the biscuit-like product.
